Dennis Gale
Dennis Gale is the President of Performance By Design, Inc. He founded this consulting firm after nearly thirty years of experience as a Performance Consultant, Training Manager, Instructional Systems Designer and Facilitator of technical and non technical training programs.
He spent over 20 years working with the Department of Defense as a technician specializing in electronics, hydraulics, ordnance systems, computers.
He has extensive experience as a instructional systems designer and a training manager for technical and non-technical training programs He has lived and worked all over the East Coast, West Coast of this country and overseas.
He has worked with federal and local Government Agencies, nuclear utilities, fossil utilities, manufacturing, municipalities, corporations, retailers and small businesses and has a broad base of experiences.
He has established himself as a provider of high quality performance based employee interventions. These interventions include training and non-training solutions that are custom designed to provide measurable results.
