A Service Company
Performance By Design, Inc. was created to provide human performance improvement services to manufacturing clients in the Iowa, Illinois and Missouri tri-state area. Since then, we have expanded to provide services nationwide to various types of clients including retail, power utilities, Construction, municipalities and business colleges.
We specialize in providing employee performance improvement interventions for all level employees from entry level to supervisors and managers. We also provide assistance with developing procedures and process as well as promoting positive inter-departmental relationships. We provide assistance with employee selection, assessment, performance and leadership development programs. All of these aspects are equal parts of our total approach to employee performance improvement.
As downsizing and corporate reorganizations reduce corporate internal resources, we meet the growing need for corporations to seek outside help to assist them with their employee performance improvement initiatives.
